Canius House

Croydon, South London

THE PROJECT

Canius House was originally built in the 1980s as an office building providing high quality offices on six levels located in Croydon’s business quarter. Converted during the 2010s, Canius House today is a prestigious residential block of 39 stunning apartments in a prime location in the heart of Croydon’s original historic centre close to Croydon’s Cultural Quarter.

During the façade remediation works, part of our project brief as sub-contractor was to replace all spandrel panels and curtain walling systems with non-combustible fire-rated alternatives in line with current building regulations. Aluminium Door & Window Solutions also installed the main entrance doors and patio doors to each apartment as well as windows and the curtain walling system.
