Aluminium Door & Window Solutions is an independent, privately owned commercial aluminium door and window contractor based on the south coast in Fareham, Hampshire.
We are passionate about delivering the best possible product, with the promise of prompt and outstanding project delivery, no matter how small, large, or complex the installation.
With a history approaching 15 years coupled with extensive experience and expertise in the business that goes back even further, our team at Aluminium Door & Window Solutions has a clear understanding of the needs of architects, contractors, developers and building occupiers.
Further, we are proud to offer our clients a superior architectural aluminium product. Our frames are manufactured using technically advanced Technal aluminium profile produced by Hydro Building Systems. Founded over 60 years ago, Hydro is today a pioneering international specialist in architectural aluminium façade systems that encompasses functionality, respect for the environment, ergonomics, energy efficiency, integration and individuality.

Our Mission
Our mission is to be a well-respected and reliable supplier and installer of commercial aluminium door and window systems across the south east and south coast of England.
We aim to work collaboratively, understand the needs of the client, build long term relationships, work safely and efficiently, delivering each project on time, to budget whilst at the same time demonstrating excellence in customer service and project management resulting in a quality installation… every time.
Our Team
We are proud of our small dynamic team of highly skilled and experienced staff. As a business, we have a ‘family culture’; we look after each other. Our focus is on our people, making everyone feel valued, giving opportunities to progress within the business and allowing space to question, speak up or offer suggestions for improvement.
Our positive workplace culture and commitment to our staff is reflected in our low staff turnover. Around half of our employees have been with us over 10 years. We also encourage young people to join us by offering apprenticeships in a range of areas.
The skills, expertise and knowledge gained by our people, the systems and tools we use together with our excellent supply chain partners have helped Aluminium Door & Window Solutions to become an important player in successfully delivering commercial archtectural aluminium products across the south. Using our years of experience coupled with frames manufactured with superior Technal aluminium profile, we are always looking at ways to develop and innovate to offer the best constructive aluminium solutions for each project. We not only design each project with aesthetics in mind, we also focus on delivering commercial door and window installations that integrate functionality, ergonomics, energy efficiency, and provide individual solutions. We will carefully integrate the installation into existing building and glazing architecture and importantly maintain respect for the environment. We listen, we learn, then apply the best ideas.

We are committed to ensuring all our workers have up to date health & safety training and that we comply with current legislation and building regulations. Part of the SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) certification scheme we also have Acclaim Health & Safety Accreditation and SMAS Worksafe Accreditation.

We understand that everything we do will have an impact on the communities in which we work and on the environment.
We are committed to making a positive contribution to local communities. Not only do we apply strict health and safety measures to ensure everyone’s safety, we are proud to improve the visual appearance and energy efficiency of buildings through our functional and high specification frames and glazing.
We often provide local jobs and offer contracts for local specialist trades and equipment hire.

We also value our relationships with our supply chain, in particular our two key suppliers for aluminium profile and glass, both of whom help us to remain competitive and pull out the stops when needed.
