This was a new development expanding a small row of shops giving them high prestige Penthouse Apartments above and new build to the side of the development. The work involved to the shop below was somewhat challenging as the street regularly flooded during heavy rain. The screens and doors to this elevation were fitted with a EDPM to ensure a tight water seal. All framework was to a bespoke, gold, metallic powder coat. We worked closely with the main contractor and other trades to achieve deadlines and hand over to the new tenants.
