Office Block Refurbishment

This was a major refurbishment of the whole block. This was complicated but achieved as the windows were Pivot Windows relying on the Gaskets to form a weather seal. We had to have new dyes made because the Gasket was no longer manufactured. We also replaced all Locking Mechanisms and Handles, Refurbished Paint Work and Re-sealed the external windows and doors.
