This was a design and build project with a rather unique look, with Glazed Walkways from room-to-room within the building, including the main stairwell. This was a bespoke package where we worked closely with the builder on the design and development of the windows to ensure all criteria was met along with the U-Value requirements for a new build project. In addition, the project was in a rather exposed position on the Sea Front, where particular attention was required to ensure drainage of the systems and sealing was carried out to ensure a lasting, robust weather protection.
